Computer Checklist
If you are using a personal computer that is running Windows 2000, XP, Vista
1. Make sure your computer is up to date with the latest updates from Microsoft
To do this click the "Windows Update" icon to the left. A website will open with instructions on how to proceed. It will scan your computer for the latest updates that need to be installed. This sometimes requires several reboots. Keep checking the update page until it tells you there are zero critical updates. You can also find this icon in your "Start Menu".
2. Check your internet browser settings (Internet Explorer 7.x)
Open Internet Explorer and click on the "Help" button at the top of the screen. Then choose "about Internet Explorer" which will open a window that has the version number on it. We suggest having version 7.x or higher. Now click on the "Tools" menu and select "Internet Options".

Click the box for "Settings" under Browsing history. You will see the title "Temporary Internet Files" with options under it. Choose the option for "Every time I visit the Webpage". Then click the "OK" button to return you to the Internet Options window.
-Now choose the "Security" tab at the top of the window. At the bottom choose "reset all zones to default level"
-Now choose the "Advanced" tab at the top of the window. Scroll down almost until you reach the end of the list and check the box for "Empty Temporary Internet Files folder when browser is closed". Click "OK" to close the window and return to Internet Explorer. Now close and re-open the browser and try filling out the application again.
3. Check your internet browser settings (Mozilla Firefox 3.x.x)
Open Mozilla Firefox and click on the "Help" button at the top of the screen. Then choose "about Mozilla Firefox" which will open a window that has the version number on it. We suggest having version 3.x or higher. If you are using an old version of Firefox we suggest you download a new one here Link: Download Firefox
Now click on the "Tools" menu and select "Internet Options".

Here we want to choose the "Privacy" tab as shown in the picture to the left. On this tab click the link for "clear all current history". Then close and re-open the browser. Now try the application again.
If you are using a personal computer that is running MAC OS X (any version)
1. Be sure to check your software updates.
Click on the Apple menu, then choose "Software Update". Let the utility search for any updates you may need and then download and install them. This may require a restart of the computer when completed.
If you are using the Safari browser to fill out the job application open Safari now and go to the Safari menu at the top of the screen. Choose "Preferences" from the menu and a new window will open. Under the "General" tab choose "Remove history items: 'After one day'".
Now choose the "AutoFill" tab at the top of the screen. On the window that opens uncheck the boxes for all objects.
Now close Safari and restart it. You may now be able to properly fill out the job application.
